Uni has started again, so Bernie is going to have to be patient. Sadly mum wanted the coffee table back, so I have had to tidy away the pieces I was playing with. The good news is that dad has fixed the scroll saw, so I can at least start to do some installation on the wheels and motors. I also have some parts on order from Frontline hobbies in NSW to start work on the wings, but I have some technical issues to work out before they can be built because my prototypes show that the wings are going to need me do develop some new construction methods and use some different materials to get them to function the way I would like - machined aluminium would probably work, but that would require someone to lend me their cutting machine... so I'm still working on a plan for that.
